Pope Francis has invited ‘all Catholic bishops and priests around the world to join the Act of Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary’.
In response, Bishop Libasci sent a letter to all parishes in the diocese to ‘ask all to make every effort to engage in this Act of Consecration’, which will occur on March 25 (the Feast of the Annunciation) at noon.
In light of this, Msgr Anthony will be leading the St Matthew parish community in the Act of Consecration. Those unable to attend in person may view the livestream service held at the Cathedral.
